Description

Students will investigate telepresence, or the technology that allows people to interact with remote environments as if they were physically present, through a hands-on simulation and creative design challenge. Through exploration, discussion, and problem-solving, students will understand how telepresence works, examine its applications across various fields, and evaluate its potential to reduce emissions and support net-zero goals by decreasing travel, enabling remote work, and improving global communication.
