The ways we produce and use energy largely affect our health and the health of our planet. Reducing greenhouse gases (GHGs) is extremely important for our ability to live healthy lives on this planet, not just in the future, but right N:OW.<\/p>\n

Simply put, net-zero means reducing the amount of human-related emissions we produce to as low as possible and balancing the remaining emissions that we can\u2019t reduce by removing them.<\/p>\n

We cannot emphasize the first part enough. The priority needs to be on adapting the ways we live and work to reduce as many emissions as possible.<\/strong><\/p>\n
